The Soul’s Code LOVE SCROLL
The Love Scroll is adapted from an ancient, sacred tradition called the Celtic Healing Circle. In the night, people formed two concentric circles, holding candles, facing inward. The leader guided: “Close your eyes, and remember the most loving thing that someone has said to you.”
The people in the outer circle would whisper their most loving recollection into the ear of the person in front of them. Then, the circle rotated like a turntable, and the act was repeated. Each person received a series of powerful affirmations in an almost hypnotic state, like those in this Love Scroll archive.

after i was sexually assaulted, my friend came to bring clothes for me. she stayed with me thru the hospital exam, thru the police statement…it took hours and was 3 or 4 in the morning when we finished…she took me home with her, dressed me in her pajamas put me in her bed and held me. i cried until i fell asleep with her still holding me. it was the deepest act of kindness i’ve ever experienced and i am forever grateful to her. thank you deb.
My mother took 10 days off work to come take care of me after I had knee surgery during my divorce. I was living in Tahoe during the winter with a stick shift car, so I couldn’t leave my house, and my mom came and drove me to my appts and took care of me.
This is a prayer to Nancy, and a channel of energetic support to her. This is a Love Scroll that has spoken to many of us here. Thank you, Nancy. You are protected here.
My beautiful wife of 15 years left me so that through my deep depression and pain I could grow, transform and become the person that I was put on this earth to be. Her toughest act was also her most loving.
The most loving thing anyone (and everyone) has ever done to (for) me… is choose to show up in this game called life we all share. It takes the most incredible love to choose to come into a world and completely forget who you really are… and to wear so many disguises that is usually so against who you really are… all so the game of life can play out perfectly.

It’s hard to pick ‘the most loving thing said to me’…but i do remember one that has and continues to transform my life. “you are so worth it” (something a friend said to me when I was at a very low moment in my life).
My wife laid our 2-week old son on the pillow I was facing, and my heart opened when I awoke and saw him.
My 4 year old daughter looked at me and said, God gave me to you as a gift mommy, cuz he knew you needed me.

the beautiful cycle of life…lambs in the spring…wild flowers in the summer…enlivening winds in the autumn…the ‘pause’ of winter
My Jeff loves me beyond what I have known when he is honest even knowing his honesty will hurt me. His faith in that which lies within me provides opportunity for me to experience it.
The best thing I was taught is that we choose our own parents.

while in hospital, i had a rug-hooked project on the go and it was timely..well, my husband took the time to learn it (i was in a coma) and did the finishing..i woke up during my coma and saw him doing this and was moved to tears..and he too of me coming ‘back’…to life.

For Christmas one year, a friend saw that I was touched by a church program to buy presents for the children of prison inmates (Angel Tree). So, he took the remaining 5 “angels” and allowed me to go shopping for these children for my Christmas present. It was a very generous, unexpected and unselfish present. I have never been so lavishly spoiled by something for someone else before. It was lovely.

My mother got pregnant with me when she lost her virginity at 16. her parents put her in a home in louisville, KY for pregnant teenage girls who were giving up their babies for adoption. When I was born, my father drove to Louisville and got my mom. They ran off to lexington. So I think the choice of a 16 y/o girl to defy her parents and dedicate her life to me is well…pretty nice.
